Guests depend on advance reservations to insure their
comfort and cancellations affect us significantly. We have adopted
the following reservation and cancellation policies. Weather and/or
road conditions are not acceptable basis for cancellation.
Standard Reservation Policy
Standard reservations require one day
payment in advance if made seven days or more prior to arrival.
If you cancel
more than seven days prior to arrival, your deposit less a cancellation
fee per unit will be refunded.
If you cancel
a non-holiday reservation within 7 days of arrival your deposit,
less cancellation fee, will be refunded only
if we are able to rent the unit to another party for the full duration
of the reservation. Otherwise, you are responsible for one day's
lodging.
Holiday Reservation Policy
Holiday reservation dates are December
20 - January 4, and all other legal holidays.
Holiday reservations
require a deposit in advance. One half of full amount is due when
reservation is made. Payment may be made by credit card, check,
money order or cash. Balance is due upon arrival.
Your Holiday
deposit, less a cancellation fee will be refunded
if you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival
If you cancel a Holiday reservation within
14 days of arrival you are responsible for the entire amount due
for period reserved unless we are able to rent the unit to
another party for the full duration of the reservation. Your deposit,
less cancellation fee will be
refunded only if we are able to rent the unit to another party for
the full duration of the reservation.
If we are unable to book another guest
for the unit the advance deposit will be forfeited and the balance
due on the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to
make the original reservation.
Payment of the deposit is acceptance of these
cancellation terms.
Cancellation Fee -
$25.00 per room
Payment Policy
Your Visa or Mastercard will hold a reservation.
Final payment in the form of credit card, cash or check may be paid
upon arrival. The last ATM is at the Shell station in Maple Falls.
